Yes. Cornerstone Renovations is fully licensed (Oregon CCB #261422), bonded, and insured. We carry all the coverage required to work on Oregon and Washington homes, and a little more, just in case.
What manufacturers do you partner with?+
We work exclusively with leading manufacturers including GAF, James Hardie, Andersen, Milgard, Simonton, Premier Gutter Cover, and Trex. Certifications and partnerships with manufacturers like these aren't easy to earn, and they ensure our installs qualify for the strongest available warranties.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We offer flexible financing options through trusted third-party lenders so you can break the project into manageable monthly payments. We'll walk through your options during your consultation.
Do you handle insurance claims?+
We do. If your project involves storm damage or another insurable event, our team will work directly with your adjuster to advocate for full scope of repair, so you don't have to navigate the claim alone.
How long do projects take?+
Every project is different. A roof replacement may be one to three days. A full siding job may run two to three weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your custom proposal.
What kind of warranty do I get?+
Every Cornerstone project is backed by manufacturer warranties on materials plus our own written workmanship guarantee. Specifics depend on the products selected for your project. We'll walk through everything during your consultation.
Do I need to be home during the install?+
No. Once your project is approved, we can manage the install with minimal homeowner presence, though you're always welcome on-site whenever you'd like to check progress.
